My 1:2:1 coaching collaborates mindset and business. I am a strong believer that unless you do the inner work first and work on you as a person, you will always struggle to have a successful business
Overcoming fears, working on beliefs and stepping out of your comfort zone are all things that as business owners we have to do on a daily basis and this can become overwhelming, if you do not implement the right strategies and have the right balance
From worksheets, weekly email drop ins and sessions there is no reason why you cannot execute, market and BOSS YOUR BUSINESS from what I teach you

Group sessions are powerful, sharing and listening to others allows us develop a better understanding of our blockages and encourages growth on a personal and business level

On the day:
- Based in Surrey
- Includes light lunch and unlimited tea & coffee
- Goodie Bag, with my content, masterclass programme (so you can continue to work on what I have taught you) and a few other goodies
- Access to me via email a week after the class, and a month after the class to ask any questions that you may have

Business Foundations
- How to start a business (includes all the information needed to start a business, registering as a business, based on your industry helping you to identify who you need to register with, regulatory bodies etc)
- Helping you to identify your ideal client
- Identify the services you want to provide
- Do you have the right structures in place to capture your data
- Understand where is best to market your business, eg socials
- Basic Social media and canva training
